1. Printed Garments (Screen Print, DTF, HTV)
Our t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other apparel with custom prints are made to last, but they require gentle care to maintain the integrity of the design.
- Wash the garment inside out to protect the design.
- Use cold water and a gentle cycle when washing.
- Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.
- Tumble dry on a low heat setting, or for best results, hang to dry.
- Do not iron directly on the printed area. If ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside out and use a low heat setting without steam.
2. Drinkware with UV DTF Stickers
Our drinkware items are customized with durable UV DTF stickers, but they are not dishwasher safe.
- Hand wash only.
- Do not soak the item in water for extended periods.
- Avoid using a dishwasher or microwave.
- Do not scrub the sticker directly with abrasive sponges or brushes.
3. Engravable Items
The care for engravable items depends on the base material.
- Wood: Keep away from excessive moisture. Clean with a dry, soft cloth.
- Metal: Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners. Use a soft cloth to polish gently.
- Acrylic: Clean with a non-abrasive cloth and mild soap and water. Do not use ammonia-based cleaners like Windex, as this can damage the material.

1. Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Uniy Designz. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason, including but not limited to: unavailability of stock, a suspected fraudulent transaction, or an issue with a custom design submission. We will notify you by email if your order is not accepted.
2. Custom Orders and Proofs
For all custom design orders, a digital proof will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. This proof shows how your final product will look. You are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving this proof.
- Proof Approval: Production will not begin until we receive your explicit approval of the digital proof.
- Finality: Once a proof is approved, it is considered final. Any errors, including misspellings, incorrect designs, or wrong placements, that were present in the approved proof cannot be corrected or refunded after production has begun.
3. Order Changes and Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of many of our products, our ability to change or cancel an order is limited.
- Changes: You may request changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, or once a custom proof has been approved, changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, a cancellation may be subject to a restocking or design fee.
4. Production & Fulfillment
Our production times vary based on the complexity of the order and current demand.
- Standard Orders: Ready-made products typically ship within 3-5 business days.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders begin production after proof approval. Please allow 5-10 business days for production before your order ships.

5. Digital Downloads
For digital download purchases, you will receive an email with a link to download your file immediately after payment is confirmed. All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

For orders placed as part of a school fundraiser, organizational campaign, or similar group order, the shipping and delivery method will be determined by the host of that event. You will receive specific instructions from the campaign host regarding whether your order will be shipped directly to you or will be available for local pickup.
4. Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not from the date of purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, including weather-related delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Policy
At Uniy Designz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, our return policy varies based on the type of item. Please read the following policy carefully.
1. Custom-Made Items
All sales of custom-made items are final. Returns are not permitted for products that have been customized with your unique text, images, or designs. This is because these items are created specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold. Please carefully review your digital proof before approval, as this is your final opportunity to make changes.
2. Ready-Made Items
We accept returns on ready-made items within 14 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your ready-made item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Time Frame: You must initiate the return process within 14 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the items at contact@uniydesignz.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund.
4. How to Initiate a Return (Ready-Made Items Only)
To start a return for a ready-made item, please follow these steps:
- Email our customer service team at contact@uniydesignz.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your returned ready-made item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
