Care Instructions

“Tips to keep your apparel and products looking their best.”

To keep your products in the best possible condition, please follow these simple care guidelines for each item type. Proper care will help extend the life and vibrancy of your items.

1. Printed Garments (Screen Print, DTF, HTV)

Our t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other apparel with custom prints are made to last, but they require gentle care to maintain the integrity of the design.

  • Wash the garment inside out to protect the design.
  • Use cold water and a gentle cycle when washing.
  • Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.
  • Tumble dry on a low heat setting, or for best results, hang to dry.
  • Do not iron directly on the printed area. If ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside out and use a low heat setting without steam.

2. Drinkware with UV DTF Stickers

Our drinkware items are customized with durable UV DTF stickers, but they are not dishwasher safe.

  • Hand wash only.
  • Do not soak the item in water for extended periods.
  • Avoid using a dishwasher or microwave.
  • Do not scrub the sticker directly with abrasive sponges or brushes.

3. Engravable Items

The care for engravable items depends on the base material.

  • Wood: Keep away from excessive moisture. Clean with a dry, soft cloth.
  • Metal: Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners. Use a soft cloth to polish gently.
  • Acrylic: Clean with a non-abrasive cloth and mild soap and water. Do not use ammonia-based cleaners like Windex, as this can damage the material.

For any specific questions regarding the care of a particular engravable item, please contact us for more details.
